Einar HaukelandEinar Haukeland
President and CEO


Einar Haukeland was named president and CEO of Westbrook Technologies in March 2008. He has been a member of the Company’s board of directors for several years. In addition, Einar has managed diverse privately held companies and been investment counsel for Westbrook’s owner. He is using his leadership experience to drive product quality and forge strong partner relationships as the Company continues its revenue growth through resellers and innovative enterprise document management products, services and technologies.

 

Paul RemingtonPaul Remington
Chief Financial Officer


Before joining Westbrook Technologies in 2004, Paul Remington was chief financial officer for Quick Compliance, Inc., a full-service learning management company providing e-learning content. He was responsible for the overall fiscal management and leadership for the Finance, Treasury and Human Resources departments.

Prior to this position, he was vice president and controller of Engyro, Inc., a start-up BPO/Web services organization providing data gathering, reconciliation, bill calculation and money movement where he helped raise $7 million in start-up financing. He was also vice president of Finance for Kelson Physician Partners, Inc., a non-medical administrative services company for approximately 36 pediatrician groups where he was accountable for the Finance and Treasury departments, and internal and external financial reporting, financial review and analysis.

 

Kevin CrimminsKevin Crimmins
Vice President of North American Sales


Kevin Crimmins manages Westbrook’s document management software sales strategy along with the Company’s partner and reseller network. He has broad experience in sales management, marketing and business development for technology companies and business solutions providers. Prior to joining Westbrook, Kevin was vice president of Compliance Solutions at Integrity Interactive Corporation, a developer of Web-based compliance and risk mitigation solutions. He also previously held positions in which he was responsible for strategy, business development, sales and legal in companies that have included Thomson, Wolters-Kluwer and Software Impressions. In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Bentley College, Kevin earned his law degree from The John Marshall Law School.

 

Ben SimmsBen Simms
Vice President of Latin American Sales


Ben Simms is responsible for developing and managing Westbrook’s sales activities throughout Latin America. Prior to this position, Ben managed the Company’s sales organization, including its domestic and international partners/resellers. He joined Westbrook in June 1999; during this period he grew Westbrook’s Midwest region significantly and was instrumental in establishing IKON as a national partner. Prior to joining Westbrook, Ben spent 10 years with Lanier Worldwide; overall he has more than 15 years of experience in the document and content management industry. Ben holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan.

 

Joyce ClarkJoyce Clark
Director of Marketing

 

Joyce Clark is responsible for defining Westbrook’s corporate branding and positioning, for expanding market and product strategies, and for driving global marketing initiatives through direct and indirect channels. She has more than 20 years of business and marketing experience including senior marketing positions at enterprise software firms. Among the areas reporting to Joyce are Product Marketing, Partner Relations and Corporate Communications.

Joyce joined Westbrook in 2008 from TranSwitch Corporation, a developer of semiconductors for the telecom industry, where she was director of Marketing Communications. Prior to TranSwitch, she was vice president of Corporate Marketing for ProAct Technologies, an HR and benefits management software provider, and was senior director of Integrated Marketing at Hyperion Solutions, a business performance management software provider. She has a B.A. degree in English from Fairfield University.

 

Jonathan Langdon-PhillipsJonathan Langdon
Director of Professional Services


Jonathan Langdon has been with Westbrook Technologies since 2004. He is responsible for the Company’s consulting division, as well as its product education program. In 2007, Jonathan was made consulting manager, and in 2008 he became director of Professional Services. His extensive knowledge of the Fortis product line are a significant asset in serving the Company’s customer and reseller communities.

 

Ben SimmsGlen Bessette
Director of Software Support and Contract Management


Glen Bessette manages the software support team serving Westbrook’s customers and partners worldwide. Additionally he is responsible for product distribution, and managing technology partnerships and vendor relations.

Glen joined Westbrook in 1998 as head of the Company’s software support organization and education services. Subsequently he became a product manager in R&D prior to being named director of R&D in 2008. Glen’s extensive product knowledge and many years in the document management industry assures that Westbrook’s Customer Support Center provides superior technical response with its fully staffed, highly trained individuals.
